Telephoning in English
In this Business English course you will learn how to master the process of making and receiving calls in English. You will be instructed on the basics of English telephoning as getting through to whom you wish to talk or dealing with communication problems such as bad quality lines, for instance. In addition to these elements of telephoning, you will also learn how to develop strategies for complaining, apologizing and solving problems in a polite manner. This English course will not only enable you to improve your communication skills, but it will also contribute to extending your general knowledge of Business English.
